Tetsworth – New Build

The RedHill team were bought in once the shell was up, working along side AL3D architects to complete this new build detached house to the highest spec. 

We added a steel frame and glass double storey link building to join the new to the adjoining, existing property.

Internally from floor to roof, the property was insulated to adhere to new regulations. From the bottom up, we started by screeding the floor for underfloor heating throughout on top of which we laid solid oak flooring. The team constructed, plaster boarded and plastered all internal walls, completed second fix carpentry including doors, door frames and some bespoke joinery work for all reception rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.
