Buchanan House

Previously used as commercial offices the RedHill team reconstructed the existing 1980’s detached two storey building into 4 new single bedroom, single bathroom residential apartments.

The loft space was converted into habitable accommodation to allow for the two first floor flats to have upstairs bedrooms whilst the two ground floor flats were single storey. 

The RedHill team completed each element of the project to an exceptional standard to make the apartments appealing for the rental market including all 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry, replacing flooring for a modern finish, fitting in-style new kitchens and bathrooms even adding bespoke onsite joinery for built in wardrobes and drawers in the eaves to maximise storage.
