RedHill constructed this purpose built garden studio from groundworks to finishing touches.
The 9.3m x 4.5m x 3m high steel frame studio is complete with gym, a built in sauna, shower/changing room and kitchenette. The studio is fully insulated with double skin block work, warm deck insulation and EDPM flat roof. The exterior is completely cladded in a beautiful orange cedar, the roof overhang has downlighting and bifold doors open onto the large patio. In addition the team landscaped the garden with 176 oak sleepers to create a retaining wall around the studio, raised beds and seating areas.
