A local developer purchased a derelict upholstery factory on a well-situated plot tucked behind Princes Risborough High Street. The factory was demolished to make space for a pair of high specification new build semi-detached properties.
With a view to let the properties once complete they were designed with desirable features throughout including a modern, open plan kitchen/dining/living space downstairs with shower room and utility space, whist upstairs hosted 2 double bedrooms with bespoke fitted wardrobes and a high finish bathroom. Outside each property were complete a private walled courtyard and with dormer windows and a cladded exterior. To exceed new regulations the property was fully insulated with a warm deck roof and fitted with an air source heat pump.
